About me

I am passionate about teaching yoga and get a huge amount of fulfilment when individuals leave the class feeling better within themselves, physically as well as mentally. The core of my teaching is that the body and mind work together which is something I experience myself with every yoga practise. My classes are designed around physical strength as well as mental well-being. The beautiful thing about Yoga is that it can be started at any age and can be adapted to suit each individual.

Everybody is different, but every body is a yoga body.
